Mrs. Kristina Peterson Senior Advisor for Project Financing. Kristina brings 24 years worth of experience in the conventional and solar power generation industry as a banker and senior director. She has held senior management and finance positions since 2007 with solar investment and manufacturing companies and has financed over $5bln worth of structured and project finance deals in power generation, telecom and equipment sales transactions around the world. “Ms. Peterson’s demonstrated international business experience and track record of success in finance and investment make her a highly valued and very much welcomed advisor of CPC,” added Alexander von Welczeck.
Mrs. Wendy Merrill Senior Advisor for Business Development
Wendy has been passionate about identifying and funding viable innovative energy technologies for more than a decade, as seen in her work with innovative startup technologies in solar, wind, waste-to-energy, and other types of clean power systems to bring viable ideas to commercial production. She has a deep experience in agriculture and efficient food production, as demonstrated in her work for the Consultative Group for International Agricultural Research, a Division of the World Bank and for her work in helping to establish and fund the Cornell Food and Nutrition Policy Program. “Ms. Merrill’s connections in finance will prove to be very valuable for our clients as the same concepts and knowledge she posses for food production are easily applied to energy and energy-related systems,” says CPC’s Managing Partner, Mark D. Mr. Stephen Simpkin Senior Advisor for Pension Funds
Steve has over 15 years’ experience raising capital in the institutional pension fund markets. He specializes in the Public Fund and Taft Hartley market and also has deep relationships with the consultants who advise to these capital allocators. He has raised over $3 billion across multiple asset classes including both traditional and alternative asset classes. Mr. Simpkin recently served as Managing Director at Private Advisors where he helped close a $250 million Private Equity Fund of Fund investing in the Small Company Buyout market.
